Avenue Garden (GDV: RM92.8 mil) is a freehold serviced apartment comprising 2.5 acres of land amid the larger 1,146 acre Pearl City development located at Bandar Tasek Mutiara (Pearl City), Simpang Ampat in Penang.

Avenue Garden is easily accessible via the North-South Expressway and Federal Highway. The development is also close to Batu Kawan, a town within the South Seberang Perai District which is 23km away from the Second Penang Bridge.

As part of the overall expansion plan in Seberang Perai, the arrival of IKEA Batu Kawan, being the first store in the northern region will further extend convenient access to functional and quality home furnishings at affordable prices.
