Casa Puteri is a high rise condominium sited in Bandar Puteri Puchong, neighbouring several medium cost apartments. There were several issues that were highlighted by both former and current residents and some of the issues were with regards to cracks in the wall and the lack of security enforcement by the security guards.

Nearby my office. Facilities quite old and maintenance so-so. Good for investment. A lot of good food and very convenient. Self contained township, there’s school, shopping and everything there. Not very high density. Security quite good.
