Aseana Puteri is a condominium located within Bandar Puteri Puchong. One of its main attractions is a clubhouse that caters exclusively to its residents. Although it was developed to cater to those belonging from the middle income and above, residents have given reviews that it does not look like much.

In addition to this, there was a land crack in the year 2012 that resulted in soil erosion. The location of the soil erosion was a mere seven minutes walk away and some of the residents felt that it was too close for comfort.
