Taman Zooview is a housing development located on a hill-side in Ukay overlooking the National Zoo and surrounded by lush greenery. Taman Zooview is a considerably small development built on a sloping ridge facing west towards the Klang River. As the housing estate is built on a hill, there is always the danger of a landslide occurring.
In 2006, a landslide occurred due to the failure of a retaining wall that destroyed a long house and claimed 4 lives. More landslides occurred in 1993 and 2008, affecting the Highland Towers and Bukit Antarabangsa respectively. Despite Taman Zooview being a peaceful neighbourhood, one can never tell when the next landslide will occur.
