You got to pay as you use! Hope the site can revise or make the info clearly to avoid confusing asap. Maintenance and management need to be improve! Depend on your luck, most of units and common area are really bad workmanship! Must go with green view without wire mesh cover! you may pay extra 10K to have it but its worth for it with such a spectacular green view(high floor from 18th if possible). The lifts here is not steady and shaking most of time. I really hope the management can look into it. They use to clean the common area frequently, but some of the maintenance job like replacing lights, door broken and so on are not doing well.

The Maintenance team for the building is not doing a good job as what i can say, went for a look and once i exit the lifts, I can see some of the walls have cracks, water leaking sign and not a high tenancy rate. Parking have to be bear by ownself or get a season... See More
parking as no parking spaces provided. It can be quite quiet if your unit face the back which is the Forest or Jungle. Looks good with the greenery. The traffic can be sometimes a headache as many double parkers or illegal parkers parking at the side of the empire damansara road whereby the road is access with the Cement truck and huge lorries that will cause you jam at sometime. Security wise, there's a guard 24/7 at each of the blocks (Studio, Soho1, Soho2) so without an access card, you won't be able to enter.
