Cova Suite is a medium cost condominium located in Kota Damansara, and is part of the Cova Square and Cova Villa development. Due to its proximity to Segi University which is literally just across the road, the majority of the tenants at Cova Suites consists of students.

There have however been rumours about Segi University moving out of their Kota Damansara campus in 2015, although there has been no confirmations. In the event that the university actually moves out, the demand of units for rent at Cova Suites will drop drastically.

Even the price psf is fairly priced, below RM 600/sf in comparison to other condos nearby.
Also the condos has very low density units, only est 350 units compared to other condos.
