Cova Villa is an upscale condominium located in Kota Damansara, and is also part of the Cova Suites and Cova Square development. Cova Villa which is located just beside Cova Suite supposedly distinguishes itself to be more upscale, with more sightly but still minimalistic designs targeted towards the students of Segi University which is located just across the road.

There are however complaints on the condominium, where the ramps in the parking lots do not cater to bigger cars at all, preventing them from accessing the higher level parking lots. Aside from that, Segi University is also rumoured to move out of their Kota Damansara campus in 2015, although there are no confirmations on these rumours; which if were true would affect the demand of units here greatly as the majority of the tenants of Cova Villa are students of the said university.
