Puncak Banyan is a medium-cost high rise development located in Taman Connaught, Cheras, targeted towards the lower to middle income group. It is a considerably old development which is easily accessible, but has a dark side to it. Residents have reason to be cautious living here, as three Chinese men were arrested for partaking in drug-related activities in Puncak Banyan. Two of the suspects were caught red handed in 2009 while in a separate case, the third suspect was apprehended and brought to court. All three were given the mandatory death sentence.
