The purple-painted property comes with small units where residents living on the 9th floor onwards are able to enjoy great views of the city centre. Expatriates and foreigners make up a large portion of the residents here, with the local residents complaining that these foreigners lack in manners. However, they are happy with the development as it is very well maintained by the management, save for a few complaints regarding the matter of security.
