Riana Ukay is a pioneer development project of landed properties located in Ukay, surrounded by established neighbourhoods such as Wangsa Maju, Bukit Antarabangsa, and Taman Melawati. The units are designed by a well-known Malay architect with unique features and modern architecture to garner attraction from residents in the nearby neighbourhoods.
However, residents found the prices for Riana Ukay as over-the-top, considering that this development was initially an abandoned project before it was completed in 2008. Residents have the right to be alarmed as the developer and the contractor for Riana Ukay were involved in a lot of projects by Talam as the director of the developer is related to Talam’s main shareholder.
