USJ 4 is another one of the many mixed developments in the successful and established township of UEP Subang Jaya. It is also said to be one of the busiest neighbourhoods in the area as there are schools and shops located within the vicinity. Prices of houses in this area have soared since the announcement of the upcoming LRT expansion project.
