USJ 3 is known to be one of the largest neighbourhoods in UEP Subang Jaya, USJ 3 is divided into four sections once it was turned into a gated and guarded community. To those who are unfamiliar with this residential area, navigating within USJ3 could be slightly troublesome and confusing.

Houses here come in the form of semi-detached, terraces and bungalows. Just like all residential areas within UEP Subang Jaya, the traffic condition during peak hours is terrible with USJ 3 not being an exception.

Four major schools nearby.
Dedicated lanes for bicycles and joggers.
With guarded neighbourhood is still developing across 3/3 and 3/4 area (3/1 and 3/2 already have), I believe usj 3 will be safer than ever.

Cons:
Place is getting crowded year by year following the increase of vehicles.
Because 3/1 and 3/2 are located right behind the highway and main roads, it will be quite noisy during the rush hours.
The place is situated on a higher ground than any other surrounding neighbourhood, so water restoration will come last (for 3/1 and 3/2).
