Koi Kinrara is a condominium located within Bandar Puchong Jaya, sited on a hill overlooking the hills in a quiet and beautiful location. Although its location should be a win factor for residents, this condominium is purported to not be very well maintained.

As of 2014, residents have complained that most of the issues that appear in Koi Kinrara are caused by the management, local residents as well as irresponsible parties causing air pollution by burning rubbish near the Klang River.

Other issues that residents have is the sole ingress and egress road of Jalan Pipit which is terribly congested in the mornings; a situation that got worse after the completion of Atmosfera Condominium, and is bound to get worse after the completion of Zefer Hill Residence; all of which share the same ingress and egress road.

pool, infinity pool, sauna, air-con gym, outdoor half basketball court, outdoor badminton court, playground, exercise area, reflexology path, jogging track and sky garden. Comes in 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom with 1 or 2 car park bays. The neighbours are mostly local Chinese families that own the unit. It enjoys quick access to KESAS and Bukit Jalil Highway and is just 5 mins from Sunway and Petaling Jaya. It will stand to benefit from proximity to upcoming malls such as Pavilion 2 (Bukit Jalil) and Paradigm Mall KL. Best of all, the maintenance is RM0.20 psf including sinking fund, which is lower than the market average. The management here is efficient on security, cleanliness and addressing residents' issues. Current entry/exit is via a single road in front of Impian Heights at Jalan Pipit but that will eventually be extended to join into KESAS in the near future plus a parallel road coming soon.

I am currently living here, the JMB has done a great job with improved security and strict rules. Jalan Pipit is not as jam as it claimed to be. So far I love it here.
Lots of developments are on-going cause the massive jam in the area. Local authority should work something on it. On the positive site, the clealines and management had done wonderful jobs to keep the condo in the perfect condition.
