Suasana Bangsar is a elite condominium which portrays its name excellently with elegance, sophistication and opulence. However, there are many residents who complain about the smell of human waste and sewerage in their units which has more than once chased a resident out of his home.

As such, despite being one of the newer condominiums on the elite hills of Bukit Bandaraya, Suasana Bangsar is not only comparatively affordable; its rental yields are also purported to not be as competent as neighbouring condominiums.
