As one of the very much newer developments, Axis Sohu has attracted much notice and new crowd into the district of Pandan Indah. Incorporating live, work and play into one place, Axis SoHu is a part of Axis Pandan.

Axis SoHu consists of level 6 & 7 of the entire Axis Residence.
Generally location is great, right in front Pandan Indah lrt and nearby tollways BEE and AKLEH.
The neighbourhood shopping mall at the bottom of the block is convenient. And comes with free... See More
parking. So residents with more than 1 car can park there for free.
The residents here are pretty private and quiet. Mostly they are renters. This condo is quite popular with Middle Easterns and Koreans.
The security guards are doing a good job, can be seen patrolling all the time.
The maintenance however, is not that great. Some might be due to the construction or design tho. For instance:
The rubbish bin room is located off the lift area (for the upper floors), thus theres smell while waiting for the lift. Further more the lift area is enclosed by doors (one needs the access card to go in/out of lift area). So no ventilation and smell stays there.
There are cracks everywhere on the walls, both inside my unit and at common areas.
Common area doors are crappy. Either the knobs are gone or they cannot shut properly. And they need a fresh coat of paint.
The cleaners never bother to wipe the lift buttons. Everytime I had to press a lift button, I imagine the millions of bacteria on my fingers. There are no litter on the floor tho. Have to give the cleaners credit for that.
