Platinum Hill PV3 is a massive, high-density condominium located in the fast-growing Taman Melati of Setapak. The condominium is currently home to a number of foreigners who come from the Middle East, surpassing the number of local residents living here.

When this development was launched a few years ago, many doubted the potential of this development as it was located close to low-cost homes and the highway, combined with its high-density. However, the developer has proven them wrong as it is now considered a great investment for investors as its price has doubled since its launch in December 2010.

In November 2008, there were concerns from residents of a potential dengue outbreak. As a result, the developer carried out some fogging activities around the area of the condominium to prevent an outbreak.
