Magna Ville of Selayang is a condominium which is also known by the name of Magnaville Selayang. It is a decent medium cost condominium with fair and well maintained facilities, located off the main trunk road of Jalan Kuching.
There were however many complaints regarding the quality of this development during its initial stage, where the buyers were very upset with the quality of the building materials and many defects. They however found the condition of their homes to be quite satisfactory after the repairs of the defects.
