Menara Alpha is a high rise development located in Wangsa Maju close to many bus stops, taxi stands and the Wangsa Maju LRT station. This close proximity to public transportation hubs provides a convenience to residents who depend on the public transport to commute from one place to another.
Menara Alpha is a popular place for students to rent units as the property is close to UTAR and TAR college. However, residents have complained about the noise and ruckus that the students cause, robbing the residents of the peace and quiet. Many of the residents have also remarked that the property is very old and the condition is very poorly maintained.
