This arterial road connects the property to other nearby towns like Gelugor, Bayan Baru and can also lead to Bayan Lepas down south and Georgetown up north, both about 15 minutes’ drive away. Apart from that, the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway is also accessible, which provides an alternative route to the aforementioned towns as well as the first and second Penang bridges.
