U-Garden is a uniquely designed residence nestled in the serene environment of Minden Heights, in Gelugor, Penang. The condominium was completed in 1997 but still remains well-kept despite its age.

The residence consists of two 27 and 28 storeys tall buildings with each home being a corner unit. Every single floor in U-Garden only houses 8 units, with built up sizes beginning at 700 sf. Moving on to accessibility, Jalan Bukit Gambier is the main road connecting U-Garden to other areas. Besides that, only a short drive is needed to take residents to the Georgetown city centre and also the Penang International Airport. Furthermore, the first Penang bridge is only 7 minutes away from the property.
