Olive 108 is a somewhat abandoned serviced apartment located in the prime location of Ampang Hilir. Planned by a Middle Eastern developer, the majority of the interested parties are property investors.

The project very curiously did not stir up much fuss as compared to the other developments in the area at its time of launch, perhaps due to what was seen as an inflated launching price at the time of launch.

As such, the development has been on hold for many years due to the developer’s financial limitation, of which they are currently looking for investors or developers to join venture with them. As of 2014, this very prime area has seen no activity indicating the proceeding of plans.
