Glomac Damansara is a mixed development located in TTDI, behind Desa Kiara. It comprises of boutique retail lots and offices, as well as serviced apartments for its first phase, while its second phase comprises of a corporate tower which is the tallest in the area; and was sold en bloc. Glomac Damansara has a GDV of RM650 million, and its value is increasing steadily year-on-year due to its central location and convenient access to highways.

First thing which comes to mind when thinking of Glomac Damansara is it's excellent location - direct access from Sprint Highway and Jalan Damansara, close to LDP, Kerinchi Link, NKVE.
However, this also proves to be it's downside as traffic tend to be congested... See More
during peak hours, resulting in tough access in and out at times. Do take note of this.
Design wise, there are generally two views - facing Damansara Kim (SS20) and the other facing.. well.. Desa Kiara condo which are just about 50 meters away.
There are plans for the opening of a mall here, however with Tropicana City Tropics just around the corner, the management would be looking at very tough competition. Maybe they could work together and build a covered AC walkway connecting both? Tough to say.
Also, it seems the subsale price at above RM 800psf are based around the upcoming TTDI LRT of the near future. Comparatively, its still on the high side for the vicinity along the likes of Five Stones and Sinaran TTDI, without a full justification beyond the LRT.
To me it seems like a product for the future, built too early in the present.
