Never, don't and stop staying here.
The council has been swindling the maintenance fees for how many years and the results, the property has not been properly maintained.
Currently, there are many, and I mean a lot of foreigners who are renting the unit and one... 更多
unit is occupied by more than 5, sometimes I heard 7 people at one time.
Recently, there were sexual harassment cases involving security guards and foreign workers. Around this year too, 2015, there was a suicide incident. Not to forget mentioning, there were breaking and entering for so many times that lead to theft cases, illegal squatting and many more.
The management will always try to come out with new things and implement new rules so that they can squeeze out more money from the owners. It is because the management received the orders from the council and they have to agree to it or else, the council will change the management, as it happened before.

First and foremost I have to admit for Sentul, maintainance fees here is really high. And there has been a suicide case but as with many other condos in KL, expat concentration is high here. But anyways, this is a really nice place to live, with the Sentul Link its... 更多
really easy to get to anywhere in KL. Sometimes 13 minutes only to Bukit Bintang by car. Security too has been improved but they do get over friendly at times if you aren't stern with them. The building itself is clean and well maintained. Though the tiles in the swimming pool is starting to come out, they should fix this ASAP.
