231 TR which is otherwise known as 231 Tun Razak, is a top-notch serviced apartment located in the heart of the city. It is one of the few serviced apartments in Malaysia that actually offers services typical of a serviced apartment, and is highly popular as a bachelor pad with its more affordable prices as compared to its neighbours.

Good location, super convinient, close to three shopping malls, walking distamce to pavilion and time square, however the management is quite bad. The interior of the building looks a bit old, although the building is not so old. Workarounds to fix small problems... See More
can be noticed, the management has small, bothering and non-sense rules, the gym is broken for more than a year and the pool is a bit cold as it is located in the middle of the building. Basement parking is super expensive, it doesn't have access by lift or stairs and motorbikes are not allowed to rent parking lots (wtf?), being obrigated to park in the basement. Be careful if your order grab or taxi. Many times my drivers have missed the building as there are a lot of people around the indonesian embassy and lots of cars parks in one or two lanes every day and I have never seen the management calling the police to solve this problem, but they put some blocks to isolate the people, whoch makes even more difficult to find the building. Also sometimes the indonesian embassy makes too much noise in the morning, which is quite bothering sometimes. Good to stay for few days for convinience, but too bad to live for more than 1 month.
