Suasana Bukit Ceylon is an exclusive high rise property development located within the prime area of Bukit Ceylon. Also known as Raja Chulan Residences, this housing development is surrounded by greenery and majestic views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Basic facilities are provided by Suasana Bukit Ceylon for the comfort and convenience of its residents, with plenty of amenities nearby, mostly within a few minutes away.

However, in 2008, construction work for Suasana Bukit Ceylon was temporarily suspended following a landslide that occurred at Bukit Antarabangsa that same year. Another controversy took place where a construction worker was killed at the site of Suasana Bukit Ceylon due to landslides occurring at the area, which was vehemently denied by the developer.
