Damansara Damai consists of a queer mix of low cost flats on one end of the vicinity, while the other end boasts the best that developments of the era has to offer. Such an example is Sutera Damansara, a highly sought after residential gated and guarded neighbourhood. Houses here are reasonably priced for their large sizes, although the prices still number in the millions.

There are however numerous complaints regarding Sutera Damansara regarding its leasehold status which many interested parties proclaim do not justify its price, while many also point out that the lack of access roads to the area will be a major cause of traffic congestion in the coming years. The developers however say that they will be building an additional exit road from the area to avoid traffic gridlock during peak hours.
