Bella Vista is a contemporarily built low rise and low density condominium located on the island of Penang on Gurney Drive. Residents of Bella Vista are conveniently located close to Georgetown with easy access to the Penang Bridge. The maintenance fees of this condominium is curiously on the high side, despite a distinct lack of facilities which are common in newer condominiums. The building is however very well maintained, hence its comparatively astronomical prices.
