Mawar Apartment is a 4-storey walk-up apartment with a freehold tenure, built in an enclave along Jalan Bukit Kecil 1, Sungai Nibong in the mid-90s. The apartment’s 60 units all come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and have a built-up area of 850 sf, making it suitable for singles, couples and smaller families.

Despite the apartment’s age, it has aged gracefully, with a relatively well-maintained and clean environment. Its 3 blocks are arranged around a landscaped garden, which offers a tranquil oasis away from the busy roads around the apartment.

Facilities are minimal – car park lots and 24-hour security – but the Mawar Apartment makes up for this fact to some extent with its convenient location near to urban facilities and amenities.
