Parking is however a major issue due to the lack of parking in this area as complained by visitors, while some complain about the developer's workmanship. According to a tenant of the 1-World Condominium under The One development, his roof started leaking after the 1 year defect period was over with the same issue happening to the tenant who lives above him, resulting in an ugly black patch on his ceiling.
