Though details of the bungalow units other than their 6+1 bedrooms are not known, they can be expected to be of similar if not larger sizes.

Facilities within Oasis Residences include a children’s playground, while its main feature would be the parks and green landscapes surrounding the homes. 24-hour security is also provided, though it may not offer more peace of mind compared to gated and guarded communities.

However, despite the simple facilities, the homes of Oasis Residences are able to fetch high prices, with units on the market beginning from RM1.15 million. Rental is also on the higher end, with monthly rates of RM3,000.

Amenities will require a short walk or drive out of Oasis Residences to the main road of Lebuh Relau, where a number of commercial shop lots on the opposite side of the road offer conveniences like a supermarket. More amenities can also be found further down the road, like banks, conveniences stores, eateries, cafes, clinics and so on. Schools in the town of Relau like the Fairview International School, Min Sin Primary School, and SK Seri Relau are also not too far off.

Accessibility wise, Lebuh Relau is the main road which links Oasis Residences to Jalan Paya Terubong, which connects the neighbourhood to Bayan Baru down south of it. Further north of it is the town of Air Hitam. Other access routes accessible from the development is Jalan Tun Dr Awang, which also leads to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, a major route leading to Bayan Lepas down south of the island. Georgetown is also about 20 minutes away via either Jalan Paya Terubong, going through Air Hitam, or through Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.
