Though not extensive, there are some useful amenities within the vicinity of Majestic Heights, such as a Chinese school (the SJK (C) Kong Min Cawangan II) and a boarding school, supermarkets in the adjacent neighbourhood of Farlim and other shops and petrol stations along the major road of Jalan Paya Terubong.
