Residents who are planning to use public transportation can approach the various bus stations situated along Jalan Thean Teik as it is just a few minutes’ walk away. Do note that traffic congestion is a problem along Jalan Thean Teik and will likely worsen with many upcoming property developments making their ways into the vicinity. This might be a slight deterrent to the working community who have to commute daily to the city centre or Bayan Lepas.

Truthfully, the apartment complex could do with a new paint-job and some maintenance as it has been in the market for quite a while and the physical condition is a little haphazard. Nevertheless, the apartments themselves are satisfactory, pricing is reasonable, and demand is decent. This would make a good property for small families and also investors who are willing to take a chance on the good location with its proximity to key locations and nearby amenities, despite the age of the building and the traffic.
