BL Avenue is a solid property to consider, with a low density of only 168 units, residents can expect a more serene environment. Those who pick well get to enjoy views of the first Penang bridge while certain units may face the Batu Gantung Cemetery or United Hokkiens Cemetery if buyers choose units with north-facing views.
