Plaza Pantai is a landmark on the side of Federal Highway, with its high visibility. Despite the centrality of this building with the Abdullah Hukum LRT Station located literally within the building, the exterior is not well taken care of with its existing paint being mouldy, and the new paint jobs left half-done. The interior of the building also tends to be dark and ominous, as witnessed by the LRT train passengers when passing through.
