Sunway PJ 51a is a mixed development that started out with extremely high aspirations, due to its high visibility along the Federal Highway. Sadly however, many interested purchasers spurned this project for the less than convenient ingress and egress roads, with only one way in and out. Located in a cul-de-sac, residents and tenants alike will have to suffer massive congestions during peak hours attempting to leave or enter the area.
