While presented to be a an abode and home to elites and expatriates, Bangsar nevertheless has a hidden low cost flat of two located very much on the borders far away from the upmarket homes.

Going by the name of Putra Ria Apartment is a low cost flat that is highly visible from the Federal Highway, and the entrance road to Bangsar from Mid Valley Megamall; which parties concerned will not need to worry about migrant infiltration into Bangsar as there is no convenient access from the flats to the neighbourhood.

Putra Ria Apartment may look highly unappealing from the exterior; a condition which deteriorates the closer one is to the flats; but these homes are nevertheless quite popular with the lower income bracket for the convenience of access it has through the Mid Valley Megamall KTM Station.
