Oval Tower is a landmark commercial building located just minutes away from Tropicana City Mall, beside a graveyard. Despite its prime location in the heart of the city, getting to Oval Tower may prove to be a problem if motorists drive past the building by mistake, as two usually congested u-turn’s will need to be taken in order to get back to Oval Tower.

Once the motorist arrives at their destination, parking is another problem and most people prefer to just stop at the side of the road, inconveniencing other motorists. As such, many of the units still stand empty to this day.
