Tropika Paradise is a condominium located in USJ17, which is a part of UEP Subang Jaya and has both low rise, high rise blocks and penthouse units.

The maintenance fee for the low rise units is RM0.20psf while the maintenance fee for the high rise units is RM0.23psf as of the year 2014. It was once a housing area for the workers of Subang Jaya Medical Centre but that has changed in recent times as an estimated half of the units were sold to the general public.

There are plenty of amenities close by and once the upcoming MRT project which is due to be completed in 2015 is ready, the pricing of units here are estimated to increase.
