Taman Kajang Perdana is one of the many housing developments in the township of Kajang, neighboured by similar residential developments. Consisting mainly of landed properties, Taman Kajang Perdana is a decent family neighbourhood. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and although the homes here are on the older side, they are mostly very well maintained. Accessibility to and fro the area is convenient as well, with the many highways nearby. While the crime rate in the area used to be on the high side, they are now very much under control as the residents have hired a security firm to guard the area for RM60 per month, per house.
