While on the other end of Jalan Bagan Jermal is Jalan Burma, which connects the property to the Georgetown city centre. Further down along the aforementioned road is Weld Quay and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, which links to the first Penang bridge as well as towns like Bayan Lepas.
