Hong Seng Estate in Tanjung Tokong, Penang, is a neighbourhood of single-storey terrace homes huddled close together along winding lanes on a hilly terrain. The neighbourhood emerged as there was a need to accommodate those working in the area, providing affordable homes catering to lower incomes.

Terrace homes within Hong Seng Estate are on average, 800 sf in built-up area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Given the scarce land allocated to building each unit, the porch of the homes are only large enough to park 1 car.

Hong Seng Estate, despite its location within a hilly terrain, enjoys convenience of access to amenities nearby.
