Section 21 of Shah Alam is a small mixed development which mainly hosts factories. Surrounded by a plethora of similarly built housing developments, the area boasts a tranquil and quiet environment which many tenants find to be highly favourable.

Accessibility to highways is also fair in this area, granting residents easy access to town. Amenities are also within a short drive away, with the Giant Hypermarket being within a few minutes drive.
