Jasmine Tower is one of the oldest condominiums in the district of SS2, Petaling Jaya, completed in the mid 1990s. It is however one of the very well maintained condominiums of its time, and as such still carries much value which is further boosted by its central location in the heart of Petaling Jaya.

It is quite convenience because this is a low density property. Compare to other condo nearby, this is quite a cheap and reasonable price property. Safety is quite good as the management of this condominium is quite good. Everyday there will have 9 security in the condo.
