Jasmine Tower is one of the oldest condominiums in the district of SS2, Petaling Jaya, completed in the mid 1990s. It is however one of the very well maintained condominiums of its time, and as such still carries much value which is further boosted by its central location in the heart of Petaling Jaya.

Nice and clean condominium in SS2 area. Maintenance fees is fair as cheap as RM0.20psf. Easy access to few Highways and walking distance to Tropicana City Mall. Mostly Chinese owner stay here.

It is quite convenience because this is a low density property. Compare to other condo nearby, this is quite a cheap and reasonable price property. Safety is quite good as the management of this condominium is quite good. Everyday there will have 9 security in the condo.
I'm interested to rent a unit at Jasmine Towers but my concern is the Penchala River next to it. The retaining wall behind Ken Damansara III collapsed due to the river 5 years ago. I understand that Jasmine Towers is about 22 years old. How safe is the building... See More
