Located close to Sunway Giza is Sunway Nexis, a mixed development that is touted by the developer to be “better and bigger” than Sunway Giza. Located within Dataran Sunway with high visibility along the main road and surrounded by housing developments and various high rises, Sunway Nexis was estimated to be highly successful, with all its units being sold out before its completion.

This project touts green features such as natural ventilation design for common areas, rooftop sky garden and rainwater harvesting system. Apart from that, a number of pet-friendly activities have been organized within the grounds of the development.

It is just located opposite Sunway Giza. Quite a crowded area as there are universities and secondary schools around this area. Quite convenient as there are many restaurants and shops around, also not to mentioned a shopping mall in the area consisting a cinema.... See More
However, as it is now the process of building the new transportation system, the traffic there is quite terrible. Hopefully it will be more better when it is done.
