Taman Kota Pendamar is a self-sufficient town as it has all the basic amenities needed for the convenience of its residents. It is also home to different types of properties with various layouts and built-ups. Residents staying at the apartments also have the privilege of enjoying the lush green surroundings. However, there are some who do not appreciate the fact that certain units are located rather close to the factory areas for fear of the noise and air pollution.
