Other smaller communities and high rise properties within Bukit Segambut include Anjung Tiara, Laman Damaisari, The Serai, and Amandari.
Owning a mansion within this future affluent area is possible with the first step of purchasing land to build your property as there are several lots for bungalows available from RM110 to RM240 per square foot. The price difference is obvious due to its location compared to land closer to the village which is relatively cheaper.
Bukit Segambut looks set to become an exclusive area, however, it is not turning out that way yet due to the Malay village and old housing areas surrounding it. However, due to rapid developments, the existing residents in Bukit Segambut are complaining about the noise pollution by the ongoing construction works.
