Description

Prima Tiara 2 is a low to medium cost high rise development located in Segambut next to Prima Tiara 1 and Nilam Apartment. Facilities provided by Prima Tiara 2 are very basic, but residents can fulfil their daily needs from the various amenities situated nearby.

There were concerns raised by residents in 2007 whereby several incidents of break-ins and vandalism were reported. According to the residents, these issues occurred due to inefficient security guards as the visitor registrations were not fully enforced.

Residents also complained about the presence of certain unidentified individuals who were not residents nor security personnel of the property, yet were sitting in the security booth, as well as vehicles without resident stickers were seen parked within the compound.
