Mont Kiara is a neighbourhood popularly known as a rags-to-riches area, which originally used to be a squatters area. With developers running out of land on this spacious hill, more and more developments are cropping up on the borders of the slums of Segambut Dalam or within the slums itself.
Aston Kiara 3 is a fine example of one such development, which the capital appreciation of these properties have suffered badly due to its less than savoury location, despite its top-notch facilities and extremely low density.
