Description
Estana Court is a low cost development located in Ukay Perdana, Ampang within Taman Ukay Bistari and close to Talam’s Bistari Service Apartment. However, it's not all a bed and roses for the residents here as the retaining wall between Estana Court and Taman Ukay Bistari collapsed in 2006 after a heavy downpour.
The wall was built by Talam and only lasted a few months before it fell, causing mud and soil to clog the drains. According to residents, this was not the first time. Residents have also complained about the poor maintenance of individual letterboxes, water and fire tanks, as well as the hose reel pipes. Safety within the area is also poor due to robberies frequently occurring in Jalan Ukay Perdana.
