Description

Kenanga Point is a medium-cost and high density development located in Pudu. The property is popular with residents due to its prime location within the city centre, close to many amenities and public transport hubs.

However, there have been a number of disconcerting remarks regarding Kenanga Point. According to residents, the tenant mix was poor in a sense that there were many foreigners staying there and it was also a home for gangsters and prostitutes.

Residents also complained that Kenanga Point had faulty lifts, lack of security, bad management and no cleaning schedule. Eventually, the management improved and the security company was changed and things got better.
